Ordered a half prosciutto hald margherita pizza, it was AMAZING. I called for this order and due to how far I was, this guy already knew what to do to deliver a fresh pizza since it takes 5 mins to cook it. He was very energetic and fast when I approached to his little business. You will not be dissappointed. Pizza is high quality brick over style baked pizza with amazing flavor and traditional style. Thank you sir! You definitely did great! I'll definitely come by again when I visit Galveston. Oh btw, couldn't post pictures because the pizza looked and taste so good that it was gone before I even thought about them pics lol. Update. Alright, I came back for more and before I had the pizza in ma' belly, I took them pictures to share.

Good pizzas, Margarita and pepperoni. The guy was really nice on the phone, super great people!!!. Margarita pizza blistered a little more than cared for, still good flavor. Pepperoni was really good!!! Awesome place all the way around !!!

Let me start by stating that I am pretty picky when it comes to Pizza and rarely do I find a place worth leaving a review...and this is literally the 1st pizza I've had, in the last 5 years, worth the time to write about. We are staying at the newest RV park here in Galveston (Galveston Island RV Park) and were pleasantly surprised to come back one day to see a brick oven pizza truck parked out front... So, we decided to take the gamble and roll the dice. Well let me tell you, I am so happy we did. There are 4 different "Red" pizzas and 4 "White" and while many want everything under the sun, I prefer simple and find it's usually a sign of someone doing what they do best...and this is very much the case with 400 C! The ingredients are fresh...the dough is made in the truck...not brought in on the "truck". The crust has the softness it needs while the brick oven provides the crunch it so desperately deserves. We opted for the red sauce and pepperoni...the red sauce is a perfect balance of spices and acidity...and proportioned nicely. Oh the pepperoni, just wow...not sure where they are getting that from, but it will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. Just a fantastic pizza that brought me back to traveling in Italy...its that good! Yes it's in an RV park, but it is definitely open to the public who are not staying in the park and hands down one of the best pizzas in Galveston...if not the best.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! All ingredients are from Italy. Dough made on site. Pepperoni cut fresh daily. Super thin crust. Would recommend one pie per person. Will definitely be coming back for more. Owner is super friendly, ended up in Galveston like a lot of us. Are you going to find a better pie on the island??? Forgetaboutit

One of the best pizza’s I’ve had and the service was great! If you live or visit the island you really should get one of their pizza’s ! We had the prosciutto pizza which was AMAZING!! if you have never had one strongly recommend. Thanks Pizza Guy for the recommendation and sample, we will see ya on the retuned trip !!

If you close your eyes, you're in Italy! Truly 100% italian this is the real deal. The pizza is authentic Neapolitan style: light, airy crust with just the right char, fresh San Marzano sauce, and creamy mozzarella that melts like a dream. Every bite takes you straight to a piazza in southern Italy. You can feel the passion and tradition behind it. Easily the best pizza on the island, no question. A must-try for any pizza lover or anyone missing Italy!

Nice thin crust pizza cooked just how it should be. Crispy at the edge, soft in the middle. Easy to fold over and eat. Pepperoni is large diameter with a nice flavor. Sauce not overpowering or excessive. Easy to find as it is located just inside the new RV park. Owner lives on site and quite friendly. If the weather is good and not windy, couple of tables to eat at but I carried to the hotel. Best pizza I ever had? Nope. Best in the area? Could be. Reasonable price with a good location. Maybe someday they will add some shaded area and beer to have a pie.

What at great impromptu decision! We are super picky about pizza and are always looking for a Northeast vibe. This Neapolitan style pizza did not disappoint! The dough alone was delicious and the cheese was quality. The garlic knots weren’t on the menu yet but if you are lucky enough they will be soon. Hands down 400c Pizzeria will be a must eat when we are in town!!
